Anders has studied at Augustana College in USA and at Uppsala University, he has a Master of Science in business administration. Anders previously worked as CEO of Fristads Kansas Group. Before that he was President and CEO of the listed envelope and packaging group Bong. He has also worked as a consultant at McKinsey.

Marcus Söderberg
CFO of Head of M&A and Business Development at Herenco. Born 1983. From Bor in Småland. Appointed 2023.
Marcus studied at Växjö University, from where he got a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Prior to joining the Herenco team Marcus worked almost 10 years at Bufab AB (publ), listed at Nasdaq Stockholm, most recently as Group CFO and Head of Investor Relations. Before his time in Bufab, Marcus worked as an authorized auditor within the global accounting and auditing firm Ernst & Young. Since 2022 Marcus is also a board member of Seafire AB (publ), listed at Nasdaq Stockholm. Marcus role within Herenco is to identify and land potential and long-term value adding acquisitions as well as continuously develop old and new business opportunities throughout the group.

Bas Teepe

Bas holds a master’s degree in business administration from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen and the University of Groningen. Before joining the Herenco team, he worked as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Sustainability, Communication & Quality at Hultafors Group. Prior to that, he was the HR Director at Fristads and Fristads Kansas Group. Between 2011 and 2019, he worked at Kongsberg Automotive, where he began as HR Manager for Sweden and later became Vice President of Human Resources.
