Janne Koistinen – New Managing Director for Europak

We are is pleased to welcome Janne Koistinen, who joined us on 25 February, as the new Managing Director for Europak Oy.

Janne brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from international industrial companies and has a strong track record in driving growth, developing organizations, and leading customer-focused transformation. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Busch Vakuumteknik Oy, where he successfully expanded the business, strengthened operations, and built new sales and service capabilities across Finland and the Baltics.

With an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Master of Science in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, Janne combines technical expertise with strategic and commercial leadership. Throughout his career, he has managed P&L responsibilities, led multinational teams, built new business units, and partnered closely with customers in a wide range of industrial sectors.

Janne’s broad experience and strong leadership will play an important role in strengthening Europak’s position in the Finnish market and supporting Emballator’s continued growth in the region.
