Herenco Recruits Bas Teepe as CLO (Chief Leadership Officer) with Focus on Strategic Leadership Development
Herenco has embarked on an ambitious journey to build a large and diversified industrial group, based on its current operations. The group consists of around 20 companies, divided into the business areas of Packaging Solutions, Indoor Climate, Flooring, and Sun Shading. Herenco's plan is to grow rapidly, both organically and through acquisitions, within both existing and new business areas. In 2022, Anders Davidsson was recruited as Group CEO, and in 2023, Marcus Söderberg was recruited as CFO and head of M&A to lead the growth journey.
Herenco’s latest recruitment is Bas Teepe, who now assumes the role of Chief Leadership Officer (CLO) for Herenco, with a special focus on strategic leadership development. The goal is to strengthen and improve leadership within the Herenco group over time, through targeted external recruitment, active internal leadership succession planning, and continuous development/training of current and future leaders and management teams.
Bas Teepe comes from a role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Hultafors Group, where he has also been a member of the executive management team for some years. Previously, he has held similar roles within Fristads Kansas Group and Kongsberg Automotive. In addition, he has worked with interim management and executive recruitment within the companies Adecco and Manpower.
– It feels very good to be able to recruit an HR executive of Bas Teepe’s caliber to our group, says Herenco’s CEO Anders Davidsson.
