Herenco acquires Safera Oy

Herenco has signed an agreement to acquire Safera Oy, a Finnish high-tech company with specialist expertise in intelligent sensor technology, safety solutions, smart ventilation, and advanced technology for air quality and particle measurement.

Safera develops and manufactures its technology in Finland with the vision of detecting and preventing risks before people themselves have time to react. Through intelligent sensor technology, Safera’s solutions help make homes, properties, and workplaces safer, healthier, and more energy efficient.

Herenco and Safera have collaborated for several years, and the acquisition is a natural next step in the development of Herenco Indoor Climate’s offering within intelligent sensor technology, smart ventilation, safety solutions, and the energy-efficient indoor environments of the future.
